Refund policy

All items are made to order, therefore returns and exchanges are not accepted.

 

Refunds

Refunds will only be issued if an order exceeds the stated Turnaround Time (TAT). Refund requests due to TAT delays will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. 
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your refund, please contact us.

If you have questions about a refund, need to request an order change, or have concerns about your order, please contact us as soon as possible through one of the following methods:

Once production has begun, order changes may not be possible.
