Processing & Turnaround Time (TAT)
All items are made to order. Please allow the stated Turnaround Time (TAT) listed at checkout or in the product description before your order ships. TAT does not include shipping time.
Shipping Method
Orders are almost always shipped via USPS to the address provided at checkout. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated.
Delivery Time
Once your order has shipped, delivery times are determined by the carrier and are outside of our control. Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed.
Tracking
Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped. Please allow up to 24-72 business hours for tracking to update.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If you notice your shipping address is wrong prior to the order being fulfilled, reach out and we can change the address.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
We are not responsible for lost, delayed, or stolen packages once they are in the carrier’s possession. If your package is marked as delivered but not received, please contact your local post office.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and item so we can assist you.
